Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule security personnel
- Monitor premises via patrols and CCTV
- Enforce safety and security procedures
- Handle incidents, emergencies, and reports
- Coordinate with management and local authorities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible shift availability
- Valid SIRA Certificate (Mandatory)
